The Administrator

The Administrator has the highest level of security. Only one user can be the Administrator. Typically this would be one of the principals or a trusted practice manager.

 

Only the Administrator can perform the following functions:

Assign someone else to be the Administrator.
View the Audit Trail of modified invoices and receipts.
Password-protect the Maintenance and Reports Window
Password-protect changes to invoices and receipts.
Add and delete new users.

 

Other User Levels

All other Users have their user level set by the Administrator through their own individual User Preferences Security tab. See The Security Window for more information on this.
