Checklists

Checklists within Genie are a method for creating your own unique forms for data collection. They can be used to quickly and easily collect consultation notes, physical exams, pre-operative checks, and operation reports.

They can be created from 3 different places:

1.	The Other or Checklists/Script Archive tab in the clinical record.

2.	The New Consult window in the clinical record.

3.	From within a Procedure record.
