Configuring Healthlink

Note: For the configuration of any of the other carriers' software, you will need to speak to them direct. Please consult the list of 3rd Party Providers at the end of this section.

Open HMS Advanced Options. There should be a shortcut on your desktop.

Select Configuration/User Settings.

Click on the Message Types tab, then scroll down and highlight “RSDAU”.

Click on the Directories tab, then click the Edit/More button.

Set the Outgoing and Incoming Message Directories to the Outgoing and Incoming folders created earlier.

Click the Close button, select Save in the File menu, then Exit in the File menu.
