Installation

There are five steps to follow to ensure a successful installation. The steps should be performed in the following order:

1.	Install/Upgrade Genie

2.	Install the HIC Online components from a recent Genie CD or through the Software Updates in the Special menu in Genie.

3.	Install the iKey Drivers (only if you are using individual certificates).

4.	Configure Genie for HIC Online use.

5.	Create the PSI Store in Genie.

Important: You must be logged in as both the administrator for the local machine, and as the Genie administrator.

Note: If you are using an iKey do not connect it to your computer yet. This will be done at a later stage in the process.
